Wednesday, Sept 17
6:30pm – 8:30pm
An opportunity to listen and be heard, to ground in your body, and to co-regulate in community.
We’ll deepen into themes of the Earth element and the late summer season, with an emphasis on caring for ourselves, our loved ones, and our wider community. As the one-year anniversary of Hurricane Helene approaches, we’ll place special focus on the lessons and resilience that have emerged in its aftermath. Together, we’ll hold space to honor the ongoing emotional processes connected to this event.
What to Expect
Each circle begins with a guided meditation to settle in. We’ll then spend a little time exploring the element, season, and theme of the night to orient ourselves, before moving into the heart of the evening: sharing responses to open-ended prompts. This creates a space to reflect, connect, and witness one another’s experiences in community.
