Winter invites a natural slowing. A time for rest, conservation, and quiet presence in a world that rarely encourages any of those things.
Moving Inward Together is a seasonally inspired restorative yoga and acupuncture experience led by Letitia Walker and Jodi Lefkowitz, L.Ac. This offering is rooted in the understanding that healing is not only personal, but relational. When we slow down together, states of regulation and ease can emerge more naturally.
Letitia will guide a gentle, fully supported restorative practice with simple, spacious shapes designed to help the body settle without strain. In select moments of stillness, Jodi will offer acupuncture or acupressure using three thoughtfully chosen points to support calm, grounding, and inward ease, in resonance with the winter season. Essential oils will be available as an optional addition.
In Chinese medicine, winter is associated with storage and restoration, a time when energy turns inward and the body benefits from slowing down. The acupuncture points used in this offering are chosen to support quiet regulation rather than effort or activation, creating space for the body’s own intelligence to reorganize and restore coherence.
This experience centers choice and attunement. You are welcome to engage with each element in the way that feels most supportive to you.
