Monday, Nov 17th

6:30pm – 8:30pm

An opportunity to listen and be heard, to ground in your body, and to co-regulate in community. As we move deeper into autumn and the season of the Metal element, this month’s circle centers on the theme of making space for the sacred — honoring what is essential and inviting in what uplifts, inspires, and connects us to spirit. The Lungs, as the Officials of Receiving the Pure, remind us of the breath’s constant rhythm of exchange: releasing the old to make space for what is precious and true.

Together we’ll explore how to cultivate reverence in daily life, recognize the sacred in the ordinary, and breathe in the clarity that comes when we create room for what nourishes the soul. You’re invited to bring an item of personal sacredness — something meaningful, symbolic, or grounding — to place on our shared altar for the duration of the evening.

What to Expect

Each circle begins with a guided meditation to settle in. We’ll then spend time exploring the element, season, and theme of the night to orient ourselves before moving into the heart of the evening: sharing responses to open-ended prompts. This creates a space to reflect, connect, and witness one another’s experiences in community.

Suggested Donation: $15–$30

Pay what you can — no one turned away for lack of funds.

This monthly gathering is hosted by Inner-Life Coach Ali Schmidt and Acupuncturist Jodi Lefkowitz, L.Ac.
